CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your booking within the following time frame:

3+ months - You can choose to move your booking to an alternative date if there is availability. If there is no availability a 50% refund will be given if paid in full. Deposit non-refundable.
0-3 months – 0% refund. The deposit is not refunded.

You cannot put another business in your place. Your booking is for you and your business only.
If the event is cancelled in its entirety, due to circumstances beyond our control, then we shall have no liability for losses or costs which you may incur due to such cancellation, but we shall refund 50% of your booking payment.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
You can cancel under the cancellation terms
You must advertise each fair you are attending on your social media (4 weeks in advance is preferred)
You must be respectful to exhibitors, volunteers, and the public.
The table price is per business. You cannot purchase 2 tables and have 2 businesses attend
Payment must be made to confirm your table. No tables will be reserved
Tables are on a first come first served basis
If a raffle is being held, please donate something from your business
Please email me a copy of your liability insurance with a minimum of £1million cover
(£5m cover for outside pitches).
Please note, that you will be liable for any damage you cause, and your attendance will be accepted for this liability should this arise.
Please make sure you take notes of the fire exits at the venue on the day
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking without giving a reason and without a refund.
You are not to pack up before 3 pm unless given permission. You will not be invited back to future events and lose any future deposits.
YOUR COMMITMENT TO AN EVENT
Information regarding the event will be sent out to all traders 1 week before the event. All traders must read these guidelines, be set up by the required time and not break down a stall until the specified time. All rubbish must be removed and taken home. If you are late your table will be removed and no refund will be given. You must be at the event to set up latest 9:15 am.

INSURANCE
Bryony Makes Ltd is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to your property or stock at this event. All stallholders must carry adequate insurance and provide a copy of their PL Insurance to us at the time of submitting the booking form. You are responsible for any damage you cause on the day. Food producers must also provide their Certificate of Premises inspection from the local authority at the time of booking.
